Jim Zipursky

Currently serves as Managing Director of Corporate Finance Associates Worldwide (“CFAW”) offices in Omaha & Denver (CFA-MidWest). CFAW is the largest mid-market merger and acquisition advisory firm in the country, with offices throughout North America and India as well as associates in Europe, South America and Asia. Jim has consummated more than 100 transactions over the past 15 years. Under his direction CFA-MidWest was been honored as an INC 5000 Fastest Growing Private Company for 2007 & 2008; one of the Top 10 Fastest Growing Companies in Nebraska for the same period. He has significant cross-border transactional experience and is the Vice-Chairman of the International Corporate Finance Group, an organization with member firms in 17 nations dedicated to facilitating cross-border deals. He also serves as CFAW's representative to the International Business Law Consortium ("IBLC"), a worldwide organization consisting of 90+ law firms, and was re-elected to serve a 2-year term on the IBLC's 5-person Advisory Council. Jim holds FINRA Series 79 and 63 securities licenses. He is a registered representative of Colorado Financial Service Corporation. He is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley.
