Daulet Saudabayev

President of Access ED Consulting and Non-Staff Advisor to the Prime Minister of Kazakhstan.  Previously served as the Vice Minister of Finance and in other executive level positions for the Ministry of Transportation and Communications as well as the Ministry of Economy and Trade for the Republic of Kazakhstan, in addition to the Kazakhstan Railways.  Also was the Executive Director of a private Oil Company and Advisor to the Executive Director of the International Monetary Fund. Daulet earned his Master of Economics Degree from Moscow State University and attended Georgetown University (Pew Economic Freedom Fellows Program Jan 1999 - June 1999).
