Wall Street Strategic Capital can arrange strategic financial partners as an alternative to traditional debt financing. The benefits to clients include the potential for subsequent financing in addition to the current financing requirement. In addition, strategic partners will generally have a vested interest in the long-term success of the client, as opposed to traditional funding sources that benefit only from the direct yield on the currently contemplated transaction. As a result, clients can often achieve more flexible structures with a strategic financial partner as compared to a traditional funding source.

Strategic financial partners will often but not always require one or more board seats and potential participation in key matters involving the client's future. Our partners will not necessarily require material involvement in day-to-day operations.

Potential strategic partners will often include major participants in the sector, large institutions with a particular interest in the client's business, or a potential long-term suitor that is a candidate to ultimately acquire the client's business or to strategically assist in achieving substantive long-term expansion.
