Client Criteria
Our clients will generally demonstrate a current, compelling opportunity that can be directly identified and monetized. In most cases, privately held client prospects will either be established entities, or be firms with existing projects or opportunities that will be manifested within a maximum of a 1-2 year timeframe. We do not undertake seed-level type companies or projects that are years away from commercialization or viability due to extensive additional research and development needs required, unless such firms are willing to accept a non-passive strategic partner as part of the solution. In the case of early stage firms with viable technology and established revenues that are seeking growth capital, we will consider accepting such clients if they are also open to licensing their technology to a major existing entity as opposed to attempting to develop and commercialize the technology in house. Major real estate related developments that take multiple years to complete are eligible for commercial real estate financing if all of the basic permits, licenses, approvals, entitlements, etc. are substantively completed.
We focus on clients that have superior management and a defining competitive advantage. Wall Street Strategic Capital does not have a purposeful industry focus and is more concerned about the specific opportunity and company as opposed to having a sector or geographic limitation. We will not accept clients or projects in countries where there is material political or currency instability, or where the country regime is adverse to the United States.
For publicly traded client prospects, the companies must generally be current on all regulatory reporting, and the company and key corporate personnel should not be under any type of regulatory investigation.
