Our blue ribbon team possesses not only knowledge and expertise across a broad spectrum of business sectors and geographies, but also key relationships that allow our clients to accomplish objectives on the most advantageous terms, whether closing a financing or closing a sale of products and services to a major new customer. We set high expectations for ourselves and for our strategic funding sources, and thus we are also selective about the clients we accept.
We work differently than other financial advisory firms in that we take a strategic approach to assisting clients. Unlike traditional merchant banks or investment banks, Wall Street Strategic Capital employs a more benevolent approach with clients: we generally don't require exclusivity or charge bust-up fees.
Our methodology is to work with the most senior level decision makers within the organizations that we approach on behalf of clients. Our belief is that this not only materially increases the likelihood of success, but also can serve to expedite the process. Further, by working with executive-level contacts as opposed to junior staff, this may act to broaden the opportunities beyond the scope of the specific project or opportunity in question. We don't just work to find solutions, we strive to get the best possible solutions for our client's particular needs at hand.
